This classroom activities are center based and introduces early learning concepts through play and a hands-on approach which includes art and music. Children develop kindergarten readiness skills such as writing and math concepts, independence skills such as toileting, dressing, handwashing and following directions. In this classroom the children will be focused on both fine motor and gross motor skills inside and outside the classroom. Social development is an important part of this program as the children learn to recognize their own emotions as well as those around them.
